Some nutritionists recommend preparing for the juice detox on a daily basis or 2 before by eating solely raw fruits and vegetables. When returning off the juice detox, eat solely raw fruits and vegetables for another two days, then gradually introduce little meals back to the diet.

It is amazing how quickly the elements can dry out the skin. I keep a small tube of my favorite natural skin creme in my purse at all times, and use it most often during the dry, winter months. So glad to see the cosmetics manufacturers adding sun protection to the makeup now, too.
